  • I have been reflecting more and more lately on how valuable and impactful this work has been for me. None of the spiritual practices I've engaged in before had given me this level of connectedness with all of life, myself, and creator. It's like taking multiple streams and combining them to create purposeful one-pointedness and something very powerful.

    Prior to this work, there would always be some residue of guilt to varying degrees for being an "imperfect" human. Even long ago, after I've diverted from Western theologies and more into the Eastern realm, there was still so much guilt for desiring a happy comfortable life here on earth, with a lot of pressure to abandon my needs in order to detach and "transcend" - whatever that means. But this shamanic journey has been completely opposite of that, it has allowed me to enjoy being connected with the physical world while bridging it with the spiritual realm in a totally natural, loving, and empowering way. I don't have to choose either or! It's such a relief to not have to choose. And even though this transformational period is difficult and painful at times, I feel completely supported and guided through this process. It's such a beautiful practice.   • I was extremely fragmented when I showed up for my first healing, having tried multiple other types of healing in the past with only small amounts of success. He explains the difference is that Shamanic Spirit Medicine can help heal people at the cellular level.
